DESCRIPTION: Coarse rice semolina, subjected to heat-drying treatment, which reduces humidity and bacterial load. Produced by milling rice and broken rice, previously subjected to passages with a cleaning, whitening and optical sorting machine.
CHARACTERISTICS: Medium/large grain size, white colour, fragrance and flavour typical of rice.
USE: It is specially designed as an ingredient for the food industry, or as a dusting for pizza, gnocchi, fresh pasta.
The production process guarantees the absence of gluten and other allergens.
