DESCRIPTION: Dried white rice flour, subjected to heat-drying treatment, which reduces humidity and bacterial load. It is produced by milling rice and broken rice, previously subjected to passages with a cleaning, whitening and optical sorting machine.
CHARACTERISTICS: Fine grain size, white colour, fragrance and flavour typical of rice.
Use: It is specifically conceived as a perfect ingredient for the food industry, as a base for flour mixes or as a dusting for pizza, gnocchi, fresh pasta.
The production process guarantees the absence of gluten and other allergens.
