Conventional rice flours

Conventional white rice flours are obtained in several grain sizes (flour, semolina, coarse semolina) or in mixtures by milling rice or broken rice from selected suppliers and with a long Italian rice tradition.

Before milling, the raw material is cleaned from impurities or grains that are not perfectly white carried out by a combination of systems such as shakers, optical sorting and magnets.

Semi-milled or wholemeal rice flour is obtained from the milling of wholegrain rice, which has a slightly amber colour.

These flours, which naturally contain fibres, are a sought-after and valued product for their excellent chemical/physical characteristics.

PACKAGING

All products are packaged by automated closed-circuit systems to guarantee maximum food safety, avoiding possible external contamination. The paper bags are hermetically sealed through a robotic system that subsequently composes the pallets according to the form required by the customer.

Conventional flours can also be sold in big bags or loose.
