Founded in the year 2000, P.R.D. Srl is the essence of the long rice tradition of the Pasini family, which has strongly believed in the use of rice flour as an ingredient for baked goods, rice drinks, gluten-free pasta, breakfast and puffed cereals, up to the traditional dusting for fresh pasta workshops.
Prd Srl is located between the provinces of Mantua and Verona in a context of ancient and renowned rice vocation.
P.R.D. works exclusively to guarantee the absence of cross-contamination resulting from promiscuity with raw materials at risk.
This decision allows it to address a particularly attentive and sensitive clientele with specific dietary requirements or ethical choice (e.g. vegetarian or vegan diets) or for food allergies or intolerances.
All conventional and organic, dried or non-dried rice flours are subjected to continuous analytical testing to guarantee the declaration of gluten-free products (less than 20 ppm).
Prd Srl obtained the Kosher Parve certificate in 2007, currently by the Chief Rabbi of the Jewish Community of Padua.
