DESCRIPTION: Coarse rice semolina produced by milling rice and broken rice, previously subjected to passages with a cleaning, whitening and optical sorting machine.
CHARACTERISTICS: Medium/large grain size, white colour, fragrance and flavour typical of rice.
USE: It is specifically conceived as an ingredient for the food industry, for the production of extruded products, snacks, breakfast cereals, bars, or as a dusting for gnocchi or fresh pasta.
The production process guarantees the absence of gluten and other allergens.
